The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) provides school districts the flexibility and freedom on how they spend educational dollars for their students. To assist us in our effort, parents, students, LEUSD staff participated in a committee process to develop goals that align to the eight priority areas adopted by the State Board of Education.
