This is the Tuesday, November 27 school safety update #2 for students and employees within the Holy burn hazard area.
Emergency management officials are monitoring storm conditions that could increase the risk of debris flow during heavy rainfall expected Thursday of this week.
On Wednesday, November 28th, the following schools in the burn scar area will be open:
- Luiseño School
- Withrow Elementary
- Rice Canyon Elementary
- Terra Cotta Middle School
- Lakeside High School
To repeat, the five schools in the burn scar area will be open on Wednesday, subject to closure on Thursday and Friday should mandatory evacuation orders be given before Thursday.

Esta es la actualización de seguridad escolar martes por la tarde para estudiantes y empleados dentro del área de incendio Holy.
Oficiales de administración de emergencia están monitoreando las condiciones de tormenta que puede aumentar el riesgo de flujo de escombros durante lluvias fuertes que se esperan para el jueves de esta semana.
El miércoles 28 de noviembre, las siguientes escuelas en el área cicatrizada estarán abiertas:
- Escuela Luiseño
- Primaria Withrow
- Primaria Rice Canyon
- Escuela secundaria Terra Cotta
- Escuela preparatoria Lakeside
