Welcome to room 202! My name is Luanne Vicnaire. I am excited to teach your kindergartner this year! I am going into my 19th year teaching. I have taught kindergarten, 1st, and K/1 combo. I also have a background in early childhood development and preschool. I received a BA in Liberal Studies and Masters in Education at Azusa Pacific University. I have been married 34 years and have 2 sons, ages 29 and 24. My goal is to offer your child the best experience possible by providing a structured and nurturing environment. We will work together at home and school to ensure your child receives all the support he/she needs. I am excited to implement fun learning activities with your child. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I am here for you and your child. I look forward to a great school year!

First day of school, August 7th
Hello Raptors! I am excited to meet each and every one of you. The first day of school is August 7, 2024. Start time is 10:10 a.m. We will open the kindergarten gate a few minutes earlier and will meet you to greet you and your child. We will also have a Back to School meet and greet on August 6th. I will have 2 times to go over schedules, procedures, and curriculum. The times are 8:00 and 8:45 a.m. Then you will meet our principal, Mrs. Conkright, at 9:30 a.m. in the quad. The first day can be a very emotional, yet exciting day for your child. I look forward to meeting you!
